Perfect; complete.
Greek teleos, complete.
This form is rare, with the only common term being teleost (Greek osteon, bone), a fish of a large group that comprises all ray-finned fishes, so named because their skeletons are completely turned into bone. A teleosaur (Greek sauros, lizard) is an extinct marine crocodile of the Triassic and Jurassic periods. Words such as teleology contain a related Greek word: see telo‑.
