Anus or rectum.

[Greek prōktos, anus.]

Proctology is the branch of medicine concerned with the anus and rectum; a proctoscope is a medical instrument with an integral lamp for examining the anus and lower part of the rectum or carrying out minor medical procedures; proctitis is inflammation of the rectum; proctalgia is neuralgic pain in it; proctectomy (Greek ektomē, excision) is its surgical removal.
