porno- Also porn-.

Pornography.

[The first element of pornography, from Greek pornē, prostitute.]

A pornostar is an popular featured participant in pornographic materials; a pornmaster, less often pornmeister, is the person running a pornographic Web site (from Webmaster); pornotopia, modelled on utopia, is a facetious term for a place in which pornography is widely and easily available; the pornocracy is the dominating influence of harlots or prostitutes, especially the government of Rome during the first half of the tenth century. Porn and porno exist as free-standing words referring to pornography, and some compounds may be derived from these.
